Ralf, who holds a degree in banking from Mosbach university, started his career in the equity markets in 1999 as equities trader at BW Bank in Stuttgart. In 2008, he was sent to London by Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg to establish an equities desk there. After that, Ralf was a senior sales person at DZ-Bank and Mirabaud, before joining Baader Bank in 2017, where he was appointed Head of Sales UK and North America and director of Baader Helvea Limited. At the end of 2021, Ralf decided to take the opportunity to work with his long-standing client, Armin Zinser, at MW Gestion.
